World Harvest Bible Church (WHBC) exists to:
- Advance the Christian faith around the UK and whole world
- Relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind around the UK and whole world
- Advance education around the UK and whole world
WHBC is a company limited by guarantee (Reg 06845131) and a registered charity (Reg 1129711). This Charitable Company was formed in March 2009 but only became active on 1 January 2010. Prior to this date WHBC operated under a deed of trust as a registered charity (Reg 1079408).
The governing body of WHBC are the Trustees who are legally responsible for the governance and management of the Trust, working in close consultation with the Senior Pastors and Core Leadership Team of WHBC. The Trustees comprise:
- Rev Matthew Beemer
- Mr Peter Hayes
- Miss Fiona Leteney
- Rev Alan Morton
- Rev David King
The Trustees are responsible for the financial affairs, legal management and policies of the Charity. The Senior Pastors and Core Leadership Team are responsible for the spiritual direction and strategy of the Charity.
Authority to conduct the day-to-day operations of WHBC is delegated by the Trustees to the Senior Pastors and Core Leadership Team.
