Jesus describes us as temples of the Holy Spirit, in Ephesians 4 we are shown that we are living temples that have been prepared for God’s work so people may come to us and receive my riches. There are some very clear examples in the Bible of how God want’s to prepare His temple and we need to follow them, so that we can be filled with Him.
Pastor Alan continues our look into the various types of temple mentioned in the Bible. Looking at how we must prepare ourselves base we are temples for the Holy Spirit and it is important we understand our function. When we fully embrace our function we receive a number of benefits and gifts to allow us to better fulfil our purpose, one of those gifts is speaking in tongues.
Jesus has called us to be a house (or family) of prayer, when we come together and fulfil the will of God, amazing things will happen.
Gods intention has always been to destroy the enemies of His people in a obvious and real way so that there can be no doubt in our mind that He has done it. We need to be followers, walking close to God in order to be effective in our prayers.
