To all who follow God’s rule or standard for our lives, that we only boast in the cross, then peace and mercy is ours, because our focus is right. We have been crucified with Christ and so we are entitled to sit beside Christ as a co-heirs, receiving the same honours and privileges.
Often God will meet us where we are at, but at times He will require us to be obedient and to go and see what He wants to show us, before we will understand what He is saying. God is moving and working in this Church and in Churches round the world, forming and moulding us into the tools He can use to do His work in this world. The enemy will try to disarm you before you even start the battle, by removing your support. But we need to realise that God is our support and He isn’t going to leave us in protected. If we don’t open our Bibles we will become blunt and unusable, we need to keep ourselves sharp.
